Rose Valley School of Dance's

The Rose Valley
School of Dance was started in September 1980, offering classes in
Ukrainian Dancing. Ballet lessons were added in 1981, and
Highland dancing in 1983. The dance club has been active
since 1980 except for the 1985-1987 and 1996-1997 dance seasons.
The Rose Valley
School of Dance currently has 52 students age 3-18 years old taking
ballet, jazz and tap lessons. Many of the students take part
in CDTA jazz and tap exams, as well as RAD ballet exams. Many
groups, solos and duets perform at community events throughout the year.
The Rose Valley School of Dance is operated by an elected executive
from parents of dancers. The studio is located in a classroom
generously provided by the Rose Valley School.
